PartWashers was established with one very simple but important goal, to exceed our customer's expectations.
To that end, our mission is to provide a comprehensive industrial cleaning solution for our customers that is:

Our solution includes the sale, rental and after sales service of automated hot (spray) washers, caustic tanks and solvent sinks. We also service equipment not originally sold through PartWashers.
Simple reflects our administration and operational execution. When you call PartWashers, you will speak to an employee that can respond to your query efficiently, without leaving you on hold or transferring your call to another department. We believe in delivering an effective service with an uncomplicated rate structure and promise no hidden fees or charges.
Safety is an intrinsic part of how we do business. All staff have undergone extensive training and follow standard work instructions when servicing your equipment and will not commence any activity without appropriate PPE. PartWashers will also work with your business to incorporate any local requirements that your site may have.
Our equipment is Australian designed and has been built to be compliant with the following standards:
- AS 4024 (Safety in Machinery)
- AS 3000 (Wiring)
- AS 1554 (Structural Welding)

Our washers have been produced in Australia for over 25 years and meet all relevant AS/NZ Standards and come with a 12 month OEM warranty.
Our machines have been tested in some very demanding environments delivering years of trouble free service for our customers.
